1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Radish Community Fund (“Radish,” "we," "us," or "our"), including any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Services.

2. Membership

2.1 Membership in Radish is subject to approval.

2.2 Membership dues amounts are agreed upon on a case-by-case basis and are payable monthly in U.S. Dollar.

2.3 Membership includes access to the Radish food program and social events put on by Radish.

2.4 Suspension or cancellation of membership may be subject to violations of community rules or non-payment of dues.

3. Use of Services

3.1 You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords or other account information associated with your use of the Services.

3.3 You agree not to: * Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. * Interfere or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services. * Upload, transmit, or distribute any viruses or other malicious code. * Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity. * Collect or use any personal information of other users without their consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL RADISH BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER OR OTHER DEVICES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radish and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes to these Terms by posting the revised Terms on the Services and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
